Iris cristata (Dwarf Crested Iris)

This small perennial features violet flowers with sepals marked distinctively with a central yellow, or white, and purple striped band. One, sometimes two, violet flowers appear on short slender stalks with narrow, sword-shaped green leaves. Fast growth rate. Dwarf habit.
