Astilbe arendsii Diamant (Diamond) (False Spirea)

Slender, pure white blooms rise on strong stems above the fern-like mound of deep green foliage. Each plume consists of hundreds of tiny, densely packed flowers which each open in succession. Long-lasting plumes turn a rich caramel colour in later fall months creating winter interest. Average growth rate.
