Cornus sericea Kelseyi (Dwarf Red-Osier Dogwood)

Compact mounded form of lush green foliage and clusters of tiny white flowers emerge late in the spring. Fall foliage of oval, deeply veined  leaves are brick-red and complemented by white berries. Red twigs in winter contrast the snow. Moderate growth rate.
