These shade-loving, rhizomatous, clump-forming perennials bear bright chartreuse leaves with wide glaucous blue margins. Later in the season the centres take on a bright green hue. Lavender bell-shaped flowers bloom on one-sided racemes atop tall bracted scapes. Slow growth rate. Sport of ‘Catharine‘.
