Hypericum calycinum (St. John's Wort)
Blazing yellow flowers stand out against the green foliage of this semi-evergreen shrub. The star-shaped flowers heads display a bushy array of stamens with red anthers that appear as a central tuft. The foliage begins a shade of bronze, then turns medium green, then darker, to a lovely shade of blue green. Moderate growth rate.
