Unbranched, gracefully arching stems of oval light green leaves and clusters of tiny, fragrant creamy-white flowers in plumy spirea-like racemes at the stem ends. After blooming, greenish berries appear that develop to shades of ruby-red in late summer. Clump-forming, average growth rate. This plant is most effective when grown in groups of 6 or more.
