A mound of cymes bearing beautiful delicate yellow flowers and yellow-chartreuse bracts, along with green leaves, makes attractive spring foliage.  Yellow, purple, red, and orange foliage with green undergrowth turns a brilliant shade of red in the fall. Moderate growth rate.
